Are you ready to take on a dynamic role as an AS-400 Developer? This is your chance to grow with a stable company in Carrolton, Texas. You'll be working closely with operations, business users, and IT leadership, playing a vital role in supporting enterprise IT systems that drive warehousing, manufacturing, finance, and operations. Enjoy hands-on development and system ownership, with direct mentorship from a senior IT manager with over 30 years of experience. This is not just ticket work—it's meaningful work with a clear growth path!

Key Responsibilities \& Duties:

• Learn and support enterprise IT systems
• Assist with system monitoring, troubleshooting, and user support
• Maintain and document business applications, integrations, and workflows
• Develop and enhance programs in RPG on IBM i platform
• Support and learn ERP system, Infor System/21
• Participate in system upgrades and process improvement projects
• Work closely with internal teams to support business technology
• Gradually take on increased responsibility

Required Qualifications \& Experience:

• 1–5 years of IT experience or strong educational background in IT, MIS, or Computer Science
• Ability and willingness to work on-site in Carrollton, TX
• Interest in learning RPG programming and enterprise business systems
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Curiosity and problem-solving ability

Nice to Have Skills \& Experience:

• Exposure to ERP systems, especially manufacturing ERP
• Prior experience with RPG, COBOL, or structured programming languages
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or business operations
• Experience in help desk, systems administration, or application support
