Job Description

Position Objective

The role is responsible for independently analyzing, designing, and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness and control. The role partners closely with business and support functions to drive process improvements, support automation initiatives, and deliver projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis \& Design:

  • Analyse end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, workflows, and documentation aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform data analysis to support recommendations and decision-making.
  • Design future-state processes and support implementation planning.

Stakeholder Engagement \& Collaboration:

  • Engage and collaborate with business users, support functions, and system vendors to understand process pain points and requirements.
  • Facilitate meetings to gather insights and align stakeholders.
  • Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams for process-related initiatives.

Requirement Gathering \& Solution Support:

  • Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear and structured requirements for system enhancement or automation initiatives.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including test scenario preparation and issue resolution.

Project \& Initiative Support:

  • Support or lead process improvement and transformation projects from initiation to implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Track benefits realisation and support post-implementation reviews.

Process Improvement \& Governance:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process simplification, standardisation, and automation.
  • Support change management activities to ensure effective adoption of new or improved processes.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members, where applicable.
  • Ensure process changes align with internal policies, controls, and regulatory expectations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in a business analysis, process improvement or related role
  • Good communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with workflow design tools (e.g. Figma, Draw.io) is an advantage.
  • Proactive, structured, and delivery-oriented mindset.
