Job Description

Primary responsibility is to support the growth and development of the La Prairie and Chantecaille businesses in North America through new product launches and strategic marketing initiatives, including innovations, re-innovations, and re-promotions, as well as the execution of 360° activations. Supports the execution of launch strategies across all distribution channels, ensuring alignment with global guidelines at the local level while incorporating regional insights to help inform future global initiatives. Monitors competitive activity to identify opportunities and recommend enhancements to marketing plans and execution. Also supports the development of local and regional strategies, including go-to-market (GTM) planning.

Main Objectives

Key Interfaces

  • Support the development of marketing plans and execution of 360° campaigns for new product launches and collections; partner cross-functionally with PR/Communications, CRM, Visual Merchandising, Media, Education, and Sales to ensure initiatives are well-planned based on performance insights and data.
  • Support the Marketing team in establishing forecast guidelines in collaboration with Sales Development (for on-going business and new initiatives inclusive of Marketing Book/OMP planning cycles).
  • Coordinate North America forecasts for globally developed programs.
  • Manage the procurement of product comps for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and securing necessary approvals.
  • Support regional product launches and related events.
  • Lead competitive intelligence reporting across North America, sharing insights with key stakeholders.
  • Establish and monitor launch support strategies for testers, samples, and collateral across all distribution channels; develop and distribute Promo Notes and Launch Book assets for each program.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Sales Administration to ensure all program support materials are allocated and delivered on time.
  • Brand and Product related Marketing strategy implementation from global to local.
  • Consistent and impactful 360 program implementation supporting North America

General

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of business performance, both quantitative and qualitative; support the Associate Director in evaluating program effectiveness through ongoing KPI monitoring.
  • Identify and recommend incremental opportunities to optimize the marketing budget.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends through regular store visits, Circana analytics, monitoring trade publications, and other relevant sources.
  • Evaluate and report on competitive launch activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support the development of retailer presentations with the goal of driving retailer engagement and ensuring best-in-class in-store execution.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Min. 3-4 years of experience in operational / regional marketing - preferably in luxury (beauty).
  • Hands-on, positive / self-starter attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a global organization.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task projects as needed.
