, you will take the lead in crafting and executing strategic brand initiatives that shape market presence, drive product growth, and improve lives.

Be a Strategic Leader Driving Brand Growth

  • Develop and implement brand strategies, product roadmaps, and promotional campaigns that drive awareness, sales, and market share.
  • Define and communicate clear brand positioning to internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution from planning to rollout.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand consumer needs, track competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Bring Brand Strategy to Life with Precision and Purpose

  • Collaborate with creative and digital agencies to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to craft product lifecycle strategies, launch plans, and promotional efforts.
  • Monitor sales forecasts, product performance, and inventory management to ensure business objectives and timelines are met.

Empower the Field and Build Meaningful Partnerships

  • Provide field teams with effective tools, coaching, and materials to drive product understanding and performance.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), medical societies, and advocacy groups to build credibility and brand trust.
  • Coordinate with Medical Affairs to conduct advisory board meetings and ensure alignment with DOH and FDA promotional guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in a growth-driven organization, preferably within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or FMCG space.
  • Familiarity with corporate business processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and performance metrics such as P\&L, ROI, and payback analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies, lead cross-functional initiatives, and execute with excellence in a fast-paced environment.
