We are an advertising company looking for an

Associate Creative Director,

responsible for shaping our agency’s creative vision, driving innovative ideas, and ensuring world-class execution across campaigns.

You’ll spark bold ideas, ignite unforgettable brand stories, and fuel creative breakthroughs that drive real, measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Clearly define and articulate the agency’s creative vision and standards.
  • Lead ideation and drive concept development for integrated social and content-led campaigns.
  • Ensure creative work aligns with client objectives, brand guidelines, and cultural relevance.
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process from brief to execution, ensuring originality and excellence.
  • Collaborate with strategy, content, and production teams to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns.
  • Review and approve creative concepts, copy, and design before client presentation.
  • Stay ahead of evolving trends in social media, content formats, and digital storytelling.
  • Champion innovative approaches, including interactive content, influencer collaborations, and experiential activations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on brand storytelling and creative direction.
  • Contribute to new business opportunities and pitches with compelling creative concepts.
  • Mentor and inspire team of art directors, copywriters, and content producers.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage resource allocation and creative workflow to ensure both efficiency and high-quality output.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years in creative roles within social/content or integrated agencies
  • Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills across multiple platforms
  • Expertise in social-first creative strategies and content production
  • Excellent presentation and client-facing skills
  • Creative Vision \& Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling narratives across channels
  • Proven track record in conceptualizing and delivering integrated campaigns across social and digital platforms
  • Hands-on experience with content tech tools (CMS, DAM, social listening, automation platforms)
  • Familiarity with Social (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), Tech (Adobe Creative Suite, AI content platforms) and Analytics tools (Sprinklr, Brandwatch)
  • Strong creative sensibility with the ability to bridge art and technology
  • Strategic operational thinking skills to align creative and tech strategies with business goals
  • Inspires teams and clients toward innovation
