Associate Digital Design Director

A digital studio working across New York and other international studios is building its creative leadership team during a period of significant expansion. With premium clients spanning luxury, beauty, sports, and CPG sectors, they're establishing European operations while scaling their Brooklyn base over the next twelve months.

The Role

You'll shape the creative direction of a 4-person digital design team and lead its growth across two markets. This means defining design standards, establishing processes, and building studio culture while the team expands by 30-40% over the next year.

You'll oversee UI/UX design, motion graphics, interactive prototyping, and art direction for premium brands, working directly with clients in luxury, beauty, sports, and CPG sectors. The role includes active participation in new business pitches and client presentations, recruiting new talent as the team scales, and mentoring designers. You'll have real authority to define creative vision and influence how concepts evolve from initial brief to final delivery.

The Package

$115,000 - $135,000

The Person

A senior Digital Designer with a minimum of 7 years of experience, including 3\+ years leading creative teams.

You've worked on luxury, beauty, or premium consumer brands at an established agency or consultancy, and you understand the balance between creative ambition and commercial delivery, possessing strong UI/UX capabilities alongside motion graphics and design systems experience.
