What You’ll Do
This Associate Product Manager, Payments will focus on improving deposit and withdrawal experiences through experimentation, user research, and cross-functional delivery.
- Own the experimentation roadmap for deposit and withdrawal UI/UX: identify friction points, form hypotheses, design A/B tests, analyze results, and ship winning variants.
- Partner with Design and UX Research to surface pain points via session replays, funnel analysis, and user interviews; translate qualitative and quantitative signals into scoped, high-impact product work.
- Write clear product requirements and user stories; guide features through design review, engineering implementation, QA, and launch.
- Coordinate with Payments Operations, Compliance, Data Science, and Marketing to ensure product changes meet regulatory, risk, and operational requirements.
- Communicate experiment results, insights, and roadmap priorities to stakeholders across levels.
What You Have
Early-career background with the analytical and experimentation skills to run rigorous product tests and deliver measurable UX improvements.
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, product analytics, UX, growth, or a related field (internships and rotational programs count).
- Comfortable with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau, or similar) and able to build a coherent narrative from messy data.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing principles: statistical significance, sample sizing, guardrail metrics, and experiment design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong user empathy and curiosity about user behavior and decision-making in product flows.
What Makes You Stand Out (Preferred)
- Experience in fintech, payments, or consumer financial products.
- Exposure to regulated industries such as financial services or gaming.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar tools for collaborating on UX design.
- Experience with daily fantasy sports, sports betting, or consumer mobile apps.
Location \& Work Arrangement
- Hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA. Requires approximately 3 days per week in the office at the confidential client’s headquarters.
Compensation
- Pay range (provided by the confidential client): $120,000 - $250,000 per year. Your actual pay will be based on skills and experience; discuss specifics with your recruiter.
