The Impact You'll Drive

Project Delivery

• Manage end-to-end execution of website, CMS, and digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Support project planning, sprint scheduling, release planning, and milestone tracking.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.

Technical Coordination

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional requirements.
• Work closely with developers, QA, UX/UI designers, and DevOps teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in technical discussions around architecture, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and implementation approaches.
• Help identify technical dependencies, risks, and potential delivery challenges early.

Agile Project Management

• Coordinate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• Track sprint progress and ensure timely resolution of blockers.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and delivery dashboards.
• Support UAT, deployment planning, production releases, and post-launch activities.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the bridge between clients, business teams, and technical teams.
• Provide regular project updates and proactively communicate risks and mitigation plans.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders while ensuring client expectations are effectively managed.

Quality \& Continuous Improvement

• Ensure projects adhere to quality, security, and performance best practices.
• Contribute to improving delivery processes, documentation standards, and project governance.
• Continuously explore ways to improve project efficiency through automation and AI-enabled tools.

The Skills That Seal the Deal

What You'll Bring

• 2–3 years of experience managing website, CMS, or digital technology projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working alongside development teams on web or enterprise technology projects.
• Exposure to CMS implementation or migration projects.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Technical Skills

• Website development lifecycle
• CMS platforms (experience is mandatory)
• Sitecore CMS (preferred)
• Sitecore AI (good to have)
• Headless CMS architecture
• REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Azure or AWS cloud platforms
• Git version control
• CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Jira, Azure DevOps, ProofHub, or similar project management tools
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web technologies
• Exposure to SEO, Analytics, and digital marketing integrations is an added advantage
