Associate Scientist – Biochemist (HPLC)

The Associate Scientist will execute in-process analytical testing, assay development, and GMP testing when needed for gene therapy products, collaborating with a multidisciplinary Process Development Team, GMP testing team, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:

• Support bioanalytical and biophysical characterization activities for biologics and related therapeutic programs
• Perform HPLC-based analytical assays, including AEX-HPLC and SEC-MALS methodologies
• Execute characterization studies using techniques such as DLS and mass photometry
• Conduct immunoassays and other analytical assays to support research and development activities
• Analyze, interpret, and summarize experimental data
• Support analytical method development, troubleshooting, and assay optimization activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with research, analytical development, and scientific teams
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and records
• Assist with sample preparation, assay execution, and reporting of results
• Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving laboratory environment
