Job Title: Associate UX Designer

Location: Hybrid at Acton, MA 01720

Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension

Pay Range: $38/hr. - $40/hr. on W2\.

Summary

As an Associate UX Designer on the Global Design System team, you’ll work within a small, highly collaborative group responsible for creating, maintaining, and evolving our design system. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and platform teams to drive adoption and ensure the system meets real-world needs. This role offers hands-on experience applying modern design system practices—including the use of AI to accelerate component creation, documentation, and governance—while growing your craft in a highly impactful space.
