Journeyman Level Carpenter / Maintenance Technician

We're seeking a talented Journeyman Carpenter and Maintenance Technician to join our team serving both high-end residential clients and community members in need.

No two days are the same. You'll work on a mix of residential remodeling, commercial maintenance, specialized projects, and emergency repairs for community members regardless of economic circumstances. Competitive Compensation \& Benefits

Starting Pay: $25–$40/hour based on experience, skill level, and professional tooling

Growth Potential: Clear advancement path to Lead Carpenter \& Operations Supervisor ($40–$65/hour)

Willingness to handle all aspects of the trade (yes, including gutter cleaning)

Physical \& Environmental Readiness

Comfortable working at heights (2-6 stories)

Capable of accessing tight spaces (crawlspaces, attics)

Physical stamina for demanding labor

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
