What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring deliverables and milestones are met
• Coordinate planning, organization, and completion of cloud projects
• Identify and integrate innovative solutions to reduce defects in cloud environments
• Anticipate bottlenecks and mitigate risks while balancing business needs with technical constraints
• Validate customer requirements and manage cloud resources for onboarding new tenants

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
• 8\+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Lead supporting IT or cloud-based development teams
• Demonstrated experience in AWS cloud environments, collaborating closely with engineers, product owners, and DevOps teams
• Active Secret clearance or higher is required
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience supporting DoD/IC programs and mission systems
• Relevant certifications such as IAT-2 and one or more cloud certifications
