**Role Description**

We’re looking for a

**Senior Marketing Assistant**

to work directly with our CMO and leadership team — someone who acts as a

**proactive operator, execution driver, and strategic support layer**

across multiple high-growth client accounts.

This is not an entry level assistant role. This is a

**central operator role inside a performance machine.**

**Role Structure:**

  • **Hybrid**

: 2–3 days/week in-office (

**Woodland Hills, CA**

) \+ remote

  • **Full-time (40 hours/week)**
  • Must overlap with

**PST/EST working hours**

**What you will own?**

**Operations \& Execution**

  • Own and manage task flow across multiple client accounts (Monday.com)
  • Translate calls, strategy, and feedback into

**clear execution plans**

  • Ensure delivery across all departments:

Paid Media

Influencer Marketing

Email \& SMS

Creative / Content

Organic Social

Amazon and Omni Channels

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and

**push execution forward without waiting**

**Client \& Account Support**

  • Join client calls alongside CMO / Account Managers
  • Take structured notes and convert them into

**actionable deliverables**

  • Act as the

**bridge between strategy and execution**

  • Help maintain clarity, accountability, and follow-through across teams

**Performance \& KPI Ownership**

  • Pull and analyze data across:
  • Paid platforms (Meta, Google, Bing, Applovin, Triple Whale etc.)
  • Shopify
  • Klaviyo and other retention platforms

**Understand**

and

**track**

**core brand KPIs**

, including:

  • ROAS
  • CAC / CPA
  • AOV
  • LTV
  • Conversion Rate

**Identify:**

  • Scale opportunities
  • Underperformance
  • Funnel gaps / CRO opportunities
  • Support building

**weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights**

**Strategy \& Growth Support**

  • Assist in campaign planning, testing, and scaling strategies

Contribute to:

  • Offer testing
  • Funnel improvements
  • Upsells / cross-sells
  • Bring ideas, not just execution

**AI \& Systems Optimization**

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, claude and others) to:

  • Improve reporting speed and clarity
  • Support content structuring and workflows
  • Increase operational efficiency
  • Continuously suggest improvements to internal systems and processes

**What We’re Looking For**

**Experience**

  • 3–5\+ years in a

**performance marketing agency or directly with an online DTC brand**

**Strong understanding of:**

  • Paid Media (Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin)
  • Content Strategy importance in Paid social and Branding.
  • Email/SMS (Klaviyo or similar)
  • Influencer and affiliate marketing workflows
  • **Shopify ecosystem**
  • Organic social media management
  • Experience supporting or working within

**multi-channel (omni-channel) marketing environments**

**Tools \& Platforms**

  • Monday.com (Great to have)
  • Slack
  • Google Sheets / Excel (strong proficiency required)
  • Canva
  • Analytics dashboards (Triple Whale, GA4, Meta, Google, Shopify, Klaviyo etc.)

  • Experience building or improving reporting systems
  • Advanced use of AI tools in marketing workflows
