Senior Business Analyst

Optomi, in partnership with a leading enterprise organization, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Risk \& Transformation Initiatives. We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to support enterprise risk and transformation initiatives within a fast-paced environment. These resources will support programs tied to risk, compliance, governance, and operational change efforts while partnering across business and technology teams. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate within ambiguous environments supporting complex cross-functional initiatives.

Experience of the right candidate:

• 7\+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong experience supporting risk, compliance, audit, governance, or regulatory initiatives
• Proven experience supporting enterprise transformation or system conversion efforts
• Experience working within fast-paced, highly regulated environments

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for enterprise risk and transformation initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and project managers to support execution across multiple workstreams
• Identify dependencies, risks, process gaps, and operational impacts across systems and teams
• Support enterprise change initiatives, reporting workflows, and cross-functional coordination efforts
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirement sessions, and process alignment discussions
• Assist in driving process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives across the portfolio
