Role Overview

The Senior Consultant will primarily focus on executing highimpact frontend consulting engagements in the areas of customer experience transformation digital marketing and marketing technology The role requires a professional who can work closely with clients to structure business problems develop strategic recommendations and support the delivery of advisory engagements for enterprise organizations

In addition to client work the Senior Consultant will play a key role in developing and mentoring the next pool of consultants helping them build capabilities in executing consulting engagements structuring analyses and developing clientready deliverables

Key Responsibilities

Consulting Engagements

Lead and contribute to frontend consulting assignments related to customer experience transformation digital marketing strategy and marketing technology adoption

Work closely with enterprise clients to structure business challenges conduct analysis and develop strategic recommendations

Develop consulting frameworks solution approaches and client presentations to support advisory engagements

Collaborate with global and crossfunctional teams to execute defined workstreams within consulting engagements

Support senior leadership in shaping client recommendations and strategic perspectives

Participate in client discussions workshops and presentations as part of consulting assignments

Travel as required to support client engagements and advisory workshops

Capability Building Consultant Development

Support the training and development of junior consultants and analysts working within the Interactive Experience practice

Guide new consultants in structuring consulting problems conducting research and developing clientready materials

Share best practices and methodologies for executing consulting engagements in the marketing and customer experience domain

Contribute to building a strong internal consulting capability by helping standardize approaches tools and frameworks used across engagements

Skills and Competencies

Strong problemsolving and analytical thinking

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to structure complex business problems and translate them into actionable insights

Capability to operate effectively in fastpaced consulting environments

Ability to mentor and guide junior consultants while managing engagement responsibilities

Preferred Experience

710 years of experience in consulting or advisory roles related to customer experience digital marketing or marketing technology

Experience in frontend consulting engagements including strategy development business analysis and solution articulation

Strong understanding of the customer experience and marketing services ecosystem including familiarity with relevant technology platforms and marketing technology solutions

Experience working with enterprise clients and crossfunctional teams

MBA from a reputed institution preferred
