Summary:

At Winchester Interconnect, we always do the right thing, the right way. As our Product Manager, you will be responsible for the overall product strategy for our Wire and Cable division. You will use your business leadership and capacity plans to meet sales and profit targets. You will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy of our Wire and Cable products to ensure sales growth and profitability expansion.

Leadership \& Core Responsibilities:

Accountability

• Maintain documentation and provide project support, conduct internal audits, corrective actions, and quality record management. Ensure compliance with company standards by conducting tests, creating test fixture procedures, and making final acceptance decisions for delivery.

Collaboration

• Serve as the bridge between different business units across Winchester, including engineering, sales, and marketing. Partner with the Regional Sales team to gather valuable insights into market trends and the competitive landscape.

Position Requirements:

Education \& Technical Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 5\+ years of experience in Product \& P\&L Management.
• Industry Domain: Wire and cable (interconnect) experience is highly desired. Technical knowledge of interconnect products, in aerospace and defense, and medical devices.

Certifications \& Competencies

• Experience in developing \& executing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Effective in cross-functional collaboration and concise communication.
