Job Description
Exciting opportunity to join a small R\&D team in Austin developing next-generation IoT products as a Senior Firmware Engineer. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role with significant technical ownership and no people management responsibilities.
The Senior Firmware Engineer Role Offers:
- Base Salary of $135-165K

What We're Looking for in a Senior Firmware Engineer:
- Strong Embedded C/C\+\+ experience with commercial product development.
- Experience with MCU firmware, HAL, drivers, and hardware bring-up.
- Knowledge of finite state machines (FSM), event-driven architecture, and RTOS.
- Experience with bootloaders, firmware updates, low-power systems, and BLE/USB connectivity.
- Familiarity with GPS/GNSS, cellular, RF modules, or analog measurement systems is a plus.
- Strong debugging, automated testing, CI, and firmware reliability experience.
Ideal for an experienced firmware engineer who enjoys hands-on development, solving complex hardware/software challenges, and building new products.
