Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Designer at Synter. The Product Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and design intuitive user experiences for AI-driven products. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces, conducting user research and usability testing, and translating insights into clear design decisions. The role also involves iterating on designs based on feedback, maintaining design systems and standards, and ensuring that visual and interaction design align with business goals and user needs. The Product Designer will contribute to product strategy, participate in cross-functional reviews, and help continuously improve Synter’s design practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong Product Design skills with experience designing end-to-end experiences for digital products.
  • Proficiency in Visual Design, including layout, typography, color, and component-based design systems.
  • Demonstrated use of Design Thinking methods to frame problems, ideate solutions, and validate concepts.
  • Experience with User Research and UX Research, including planning studies, synthesizing findings, and applying insights to design.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar).
  • Understanding of AI-powered products or data-driven applications is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Portfolio showcasing shipped products, clear design rationale, and user-centered outcomes.
