Position Overview:

The Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks on a variety of construction-related equipment. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform stick (SMAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding on miscellaneous metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures and components
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time
• Operate plasma cutting equipment and oxy-acetylene (torch) cutting tools

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10\+ years of welding and fabrication experience
• Proficient in stick and MIG welding
• Welding certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication techniques and tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work full-time on-site
