What You'll Own

  • Run 5–8 retained GTM searches end-to-end across VP/Head of Sales, VP/Head of Marketing, CRO, CCO, and adjacent leadership roles
  • Partner directly with founders, CEOs, and GTM leaders at Series A–C startups
  • Drive the full cycle: take and refine briefs, shape scorecards, calibrate markets, run process, and close
  • Tap into the distribution flywheel: repeat and referral work from 200\+ VC and operator relationships (e.g., Sequoia, a16z, First Round, Emergence, Bessemer)
  • Compound every search: turn wins into 3–4 more across founder networks and portfolio companies; become the default partner
