What You'll Do
- Perform routine and advanced testing of raw materials, intermediates, and final products
- Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods
- Draft and review protocols, data summaries, and technical reports
- Support investigations into method performance and reliability
- Maintain lab equipment, logbooks, and follow SOPs with rigor
- Serve as a key communicator of analytical findings to cross-functional stakeholders — translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for teams across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organic Chemistry or related field (required); advanced degree a plus
- 3\+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or analytical manufacturing environment
- Hands-on proficiency with HPLC, UPLC, GC, and/or mass spectrometry
- Experience with NMR and other analytical instrumentation a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a safety-first mindset
- Excellent communication skills — able to present complex analytical data clearly to both scientific and non-scientific audiences
