Lead Designer

Our client is a leading technology organisation delivering large-scale digital transformation. They partner to build and scale product, design, and engineering capabilities while delivering impactful digital solutions.

What you’ll do

• Lead discovery to uncover user needs, root causes, and define the right problems
• Design end-to-end user experiences across complex systems and touchpoints
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Apply and refine design frameworks across discovery, solutioning, and experimentation
• Build and elevate design capability across teams
• Define and track success metrics to measure impact

What they’re looking for

• 10\+ years of experience designing and delivering digital products end-to-end
• Strong experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (enterprise/B2B/platforms)
• Proven leadership in growing design teams, with hands-on execution ability
• Expertise in research, problem framing, prototyping, and storytelling
• Experience experimenting with AI
• Comfortable working with technical teams (APIs, systems, data-driven products)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Experience across startup and enterprise environments
• Consulting and in-house product experience
• Exposure to platform or low-code/no-code products
