Quality Assurance Manager – Automotive

Responsibilities:

• Lead QMS aligned with

IATF 16949 / ISO 9001

• Manage audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement (8D, root cause)
• Oversee QA team performance, training, and accountability
• Drive

supplier quality

and contract manufacturer compliance

• Support

APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans

• Track KPIs (PPM, scrap, complaints) and report to leadership
• Resolve quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions

Requirements:

• 5\+ years in

automotive or high-volume manufacturing quality

• Strong knowledge of

IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC

• Experience with supplier quality and audits
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience with

cable assemblies/harnesses

• Travel 10–25% (Colorado)
