What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze and document current and future state business processes for financial and administrative systems
• Perform data analysis and data mining using Excel and SQL to support reporting and decision-making
• Develop workflow models, process diagrams, and future-state solutions
• Support SDLC activities including requirements gathering, testing, validation, deployment, and production rollout
• Create dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5\+ years of experience with data analysis and data mining using Excel and SQL
• 5\+ years of experience with workflow and process modeling
• 5\+ years of experience with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and MS SharePoint
• 5\+ years of experience working across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), supporting modernization initiatives
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, and CJIS
• Experience with NIST industry-standard information security practices
• Experience with MS Project, MS Planner, and MS DevOps
• Public sector or government experience preferred
