The role

This is a Senior Frontend Engineer role at the core of a real-time logistics operation. You will join during the 10 to 100 scale phase, where frontend directly powers how meals get ordered, routed, and delivered, and you will help define how frontend systems are built, shipped, and scaled.

What you'll do

• Design and build high-performance React applications powered by WebSockets, SSE, and GraphQL subscriptions

• Contribute to and shape courier mobile apps built in React Native

• Lead technical design for complex features and systems, from initial architecture through production rollout

• Own projects end to end, driving execution, technical decisions, and cross-functional alignment

• Improve frontend reliability, latency, and scalability in a real-time, high-throughput environment

What we're looking for

• 5 to 10 years of frontend engineering experience, ideally 7\+, with a focus on TypeScript

• Strong React proficiency plus hands-on experience with GraphQL and REST API integration

• A track record of leading frontend architecture decisions on production systems

• Experience building real-time systems, logistics, or delivery platforms

• Background at big tech or a well-known, reputable startup

• BS in Computer Science or an equivalent technical degree

Bonus points

• React Native mobile development experience

• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency real-time systems using WebSockets or SSE

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary of $176K to $264K, with a target around $220K

• Competitive equity

• Total compensation targeting roughly $450K

Location and work model

• On-site 5 days per week in Manhattan, New York
