Job Description

As the Principal Solutions Architect, you are the technical bridge between our data capabilities and complex client challenges. This role is deeply integrated with Sales and Customer Success, requiring a strategic mind to match our identity technology with specific partner needs. We are seeking a proactive, independent problem-solver who can translate high-level sales goals into data-driven narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Matchmaking: Partner with Sales/BD to design custom data solutions that align our technology with client media objectives.
  • Technical Data Solutioning: Architect sophisticated datasets in Snowflake (SQL) and use Python to automate complex deliverables and ID graph ROI stories.
  • Data Supply Chain Management: Evaluate third-party data ingestion, assessing how purchased data improves our product and impacts business retention/acquisition.
  • Proactive Optimization: Autonomously identify data anomalies and improve deliverable accuracy before they reach the client.
  • Technical Consulting: Act as the primary technical lead for clients, translating complex requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 5\+ years in digital media, ad tech, and identity resolution.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level SQL and Python for large-scale data manipulation and analysis.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to support the sales cycle by linking technical features to business benefits.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated and curious, with a "high-energy" approach to independent problem-solving in a startup environment.
