Role Description
As Director – Management Consulting, you will lead the continued growth and evolution of the consulting practice within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the GCC. This is a high-impact leadership role for an ambitious and commercially minded consulting leader who thrives in fast-growth, entrepreneurial environments.
You will be responsible for originating and leading strategic engagements with government entities, sovereign stakeholders, and major regional organisations, while shaping the future direction of the practice itself.
Working alongside a high-performing leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, strengthening C-suite and ministerial relationships, and delivering transformational consulting programmes that contribute directly to the Kingdom’s long-term ambitions and national transformation agenda.
This role combines strategic leadership, commercial growth, and delivery excellence requiring equal strength in relationship management, business development, and consulting execution.
Your Impact
- Lead the growth and strategic direction of the Management Consulting practice across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC
- Originate, shape, and convert complex consulting opportunities from initial engagement through to implementation
- Build trusted relationships with Ministers, senior government officials, sovereign entities, and C-suite executives across major organisations
- Develop compelling client propositions and market-leading advisory solutions aligned to regional priorities and emerging opportunities
- Drive organic growth across existing accounts while identifying new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Lead the delivery of high-impact consulting engagements, ensuring exceptional client outcomes and long-term value creation
- Mentor, inspire, and develop high-performing consulting teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Contribute to the evolution of the organsiation's market positioning, intellectual capital, and thought leadership across the region
- Represent the organisaton as a senior ambassador within the market, strengthening the firm’s reputation and influence across the GCC
Candidate requirements
- 8\+ years of experience within a leading global strategy or management consulting firm, with significant experience operating at Director, Principal, or equivalent leadership level
- Demonstrated success leading and growing consulting practices, business units, or strategic accounts within complex and fast-moving environments
- Proven track record delivering multi-million-dollar advisory engagements for government, public sector, and large corporate clients
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving business development, account growth, and executive-level client engagement
- Extensive experience managing senior stakeholder relationships, including ministerial and executive leadership audiences
- Proven ability to lead and scale multidisciplinary consulting teams while maintaining a high-performance culture
- Experience operating within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region
- Comfortable operating in entrepreneurial, high-growth environments where agility, ownership, and initiative are critical

The role will not be a routine 9-to-6\. You will be required to travel for business needs on trips typically lasting between one and five days and be prepared to work remotely from client offices when required. Rigour, curiosity, and tenacity will be vital to your success when facing and solving any of the challenges that may come your way in this position.
