Operations Manager

About the Company

Our client is hiring an Engineering \& Operations Manager with in KSA .The role will report to the General Manager and will lead engineering, project execution, and operational delivery across industrial services projects.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing engineering planning, technical reviews, constructability, drawings, specifications, codes, and standards
• Leading site operations, maintenance activities, and shutdown execution across multiple projects
• Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope
• Monitoring productivity, manpower efficiency, equipment utilization, and resource allocation
• Coordinating with planning, cost control, finance, clients, consultants, and vendors
• Ensuring compliance with HSE policies, Saudi Aramco standards, ISO systems, quality objectives, and inspection requirements
• Acting as a primary operational interface with clients and key stakeholders
• Supporting tenders through technical and operational input
• Leading and developing engineering managers, project managers, site managers, and supervisors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering
• 15-20 years of engineering and operations experience
• Minimum 7-10 years in a senior operations or engineering management role
• Strong background in industrial services, oil \& gas, maintenance, shutdowns, or EPC projects
• Experience with Saudi Aramco or other major client standards preferred
• PMP and valid SCE membership required
• Master’s degree, RICS, AACE, or equivalent certification would be advantageous

Required Skills

Strong experience in maintenance, shutdowns/turnarounds, EPC or service contracts, resource optimization, cost control, client coordination, HSE, quality, and team leadership.

Pay range and compensation package

Upto SAR 25000
