Senior Partnerships \& Alliances Manager
New York (Hybrid – 2–3 days/week)
A fast-growing SaaS company in the security and compliance space is hiring a Senior Partnerships \& Alliances Manager to build and scale their US partner ecosystem.
This is an individual contributor role — revenue-focused and hands-on.
The right person has built real pipeline through partners, not just managed relationships, and is ready to own and grow that impact.
What you'll do
- Build and scale partnerships with resellers, distributors, and strategic partners including cloud and hyperscaler ecosystems
- Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets (\~$1\.5M\+ annual quota)
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners — including joint GTM planning and co-selling motions
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to align partner activity with broader revenue goals
What we're looking for
- 10\+ years in SaaS partnerships or alliances
- Proven track record building pipeline and closing business through partners
- Experience with cloud resellers, distributors, or hyperscaler ecosystems
- Comfortable owning quota and operating autonomously as an IC
Nice to have
- Background in compliance, GRC, or security SaaS
