Human Resources Manager

Opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Manager with experience managing employee benefits and HRIS systems along with providing the organization strategic initiatives. You will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

The Human Resources Manager will promote an environment of employee engagement and high morale by supporting compensation, competitive benefits and a strong detail orientated, inclusive culture.

Experience working with HRIS software, Ceridian would be a plus but not essential along with knowledge of multiple payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 8\+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Experience with HRIS to include payroll, employee pension plans
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
