Associate Creative Director (ACD)

to help shape world class creative campaigns.

This is not a role for the ordinary. It is for a visionary creative who thrives in a high performance environment, can juggle multiple luxury and government accounts, and inspire teams to deliver nothing short of excellence.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Creative Director to lead concept development across integrated campaigns
• Oversee creative from strategy to delivery — branding, social, content, production, paid
• Guide copywriters, designers, art directors, and producers to elevate output
• Present and pitch bold ideas to clients with clarity and conviction
• Mentor junior creatives and hold the team to a standard of excellence

Who You Are

• 8 years minimum of agency experience, ideally in luxury, lifestyle, or high-profile accounts
• Strong luxury portfolio across social, film, branding, and digital
• You can own the room, win clients, and balance creativity with business results
• Up to date on AI tools, platforms, and cultural shifts shaping modern creative work
• Resilient, collaborative, and built for high-pressure environments
