We are looking for an experienced project manager or operations manager to assist us in specialty contracting. We specialize in concrete restoration on condo high rises, \+ painting and waterproofing \+ doors and windows

Position Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations within the organization, ensuring efficient execution of projects and high-quality service delivery. This role involves managing a team, coordinating with various departments, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to concrete restoration, waterproofing, painting, windows, construction, commercial coatings, and roofing.
• Manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure alignment on objectives and project timelines.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
• Facilitate communication between upper management and staff to ensure clear understanding of operational goals and requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the construction or coatings industry.
• Strong knowledge of concrete restoration, waterproofing, painting, windows, and roofing processes.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
