Compensation Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to join a growing organization. This role is ideal for a compensation professional with a strong background in salary structures, market analysis, and total rewards strategy, who is looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring both analytical expertise and a strategic mindset to support compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to support compensation planning, including annual merit and bonus cycles.
  • Provide guidance on job evaluations, pay decisions, and internal equity.
  • Analyze compensation data and trends to identify opportunities for program improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pay regulations, including pay transparency and equity laws.
  • Support job architecture and salary band development across the organization.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership on compensation metrics and strategies.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and finance teams to ensure accurate compensation data and system alignment.
  • Assist in the design and communication of total rewards programs to employees.

Qualifications:

  • 5\+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related HR functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation practices, market benchmarking, and pay structures.
  • Experience with compensation tools, HRIS systems, and data analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar certification is a plus.

Employment Type:

Full-time

Salary:

$95,000 - $120,000 based on experience

Hours:

Monday through Friday
