Compensation Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to join a growing organization. This role is ideal for a compensation professional with a strong background in salary structures, market analysis, and total rewards strategy, who is looking to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring both analytical expertise and a strategic mindset to support compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and bonus programs.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to support compensation planning, including annual merit and bonus cycles.
- Provide guidance on job evaluations, pay decisions, and internal equity.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to identify opportunities for program improvements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pay regulations, including pay transparency and equity laws.
- Support job architecture and salary band development across the organization.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership on compensation metrics and strategies.
- Collaborate with HRIS and finance teams to ensure accurate compensation data and system alignment.
- Assist in the design and communication of total rewards programs to employees.
Qualifications:
- 5\+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related HR functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of compensation practices, market benchmarking, and pay structures.
- Experience with compensation tools, HRIS systems, and data analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar certification is a plus.

$95,000 - $120,000 based on experience

Monday through Friday
