, we’re looking for an FP\&A Analyst who enjoys working in Excel, building models, and translating data into meaningful business insights.

The FP\&A Analyst is responsible for supporting the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and analysis functions. This role provides key insights into financial performance, helps drive strategic decision-making, and partners closely with business leaders to support operational and financial goals.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and some experience in financial planning and analysis; a self-starter with a curious mind that takes initiatives and ownership of their area of expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecasts processes

• Provide decision support analytics on revenue, expense, and margin trends and other metrics

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support executive decisions

• Partner with Department Heads to track performance against budget and identify risks and opportunities

• Develop real-time business intelligence dashboards through Power BI

• Continuously enhance FP\&A processes, tools, and reporting efficiency

• Assist in preparation of board and management presentations, including PowerPoint Decks

• Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision making

What We’re Looking For

·        2–5 years of experience in FP\&A, corporate finance, accounting ore a related field

·        Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field

·        Strong proficiency in Excel

·        Familiary with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP etc.)

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the highest attention to detail

·        Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly and effectively to all stakeholders

Nice to Have

·        Experience with NetSuite, Concur and/or Power BI

·        Background in financial services or capital markets
