Handle coding transitions and manage delivery for various outsourcing partners and hospital groups.

• Provide training, mentoring, and support for all coding requirements within the organization.
• Lead and manage a team of coders, ensuring productivity and quality exceed client expectations.
• Oversee project transitions across multiple medical specialties.
• Make timely and effective decisions while working independently.
• Conduct research and analysis to resolve complex coding issues using multiple information sources.
• Act as a trainer and mentor to enhance coder performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with senior management to understand requirements and meet expectations.
• Develop and maintain coding guidelines and documentation based on CMS, Medicare, and commercial payer standards.
• Lead client calls to discuss coding deliverables, quality metrics, and production updates.
• Manage multispecialty coding teams, including team leaders and managers.
