Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of AI and Data Analytics engagements focused on finance function transformation, including data infrastructure buildout, automated reporting, AI agent deployment, and BI dashboard design.
- Serve as a senior functional advisor to clients, translating business requirements into scalable analytics and AI solutions that improve financial visibility and operational efficiency.
- Spearhead AI transformation engagements — designing and deploying AI agents (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) that automate recurring finance workflows such as reporting, reconciliation, and data aggregation.
- Lead clients through cloud data platform migrations (e.g., Snowflake), coordinating with client data engineering and finance teams to build finance-ready data models and automated reporting layers.
- Design and deploy BI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake) serving executive leadership and Finance \& Accounting teams, enabling in-quarter forecasting, historical reporting, and self-serve analytics.
- Manage multiple concurrent client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Guide and mentor managers and consultants, supporting team development through coaching, knowledge sharing, and performance feedback.
- Partner with Practice Leadership to allocate resources effectively across engagements based on skillsets, project needs, and timelines.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to senior finance and executive stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagements through additional services, enhancements, or optimization initiatives.
- Support the business development team in proposal development, solution design, and engagement scoping, including estimates and Statements of Work.
- Monitor project progress and quality standards, proactively addressing risks or delivery challenges.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives, including methodology improvement, training content, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with AI and analytics product developments, emerging technologies, and industry trends to inform client solutions and practice strategy.
- Participate in thought leadership initiatives such as client events, webinars, blogs, and marketing content.

- Proficiency in SQL and cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred); experience designing finance-ready data models and automated reporting pipelines.
- Strong BI development skills across Tableau, Power BI, or Snowflake dashboards with experience serving executive and FP\&A audiences.
- Experience with financial modeling, FP\&A processes, and long-range planning — enabling credible dialogue with CFOs and senior finance leaders.
- Demonstrated experience leading technology implementations or finance transformation initiatives in a consulting or corporate environment.
- Leadership experience mentoring consulting teams and managing project delivery.
- Proficiency in automation and ETL tools such as Alteryx, Python, or equivalent.
- Experience with ERP/financial systems such as NetSuite, Workday, or SAP in a finance analytics context.
