The Role: AI \& Prompt Engineering Associate

This is a fully remote, part-time Associate role with a structured training track and 1:1 mentorship from the founder. You will design, tune, and test prompts for our ChatGPT-based Intuitive Guides and the Le Om GPT concierge. Compensation is $18-$22/hour (part-time), with hours and responsibilities growing based on performance and fit.

What You'll Do

Design, tune, and test prompts to align AI responses with a premium, credible, and calm brand voice.

Build safety guardrails and evaluation sets to improve response quality.

Document prompt systems and best practices.
