Role Overview

We are seeking a highly conceptual, strategically minded, and execution-driven Art Director to join our creative team. This role bridges big-picture creative vision with hands-on execution, ensuring outstanding visual storytelling across integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

• Translate strategic briefs into compelling creative concepts across multiple platforms.
• Develop and present high-impact visual directions for campaigns, pitches, and brand initiatives.
• Partner closely with the Creative Director to elevate overall creative standards.
• Lead campaign ideation sessions and contribute innovative thinking to client solutions.

Team Management \& Supervision

• Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team (graphic designers, motion designers, video editors, copywriters, content creators, etc.).
• Provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and hands-on guidance throughout projects.
• Ensure alignment between visual, copy, and digital outputs.
• Oversee workload distribution and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Campaign Development \& Execution

• Lead the creation of integrated campaigns across digital, social, paid media, OOH, print, video, and experiential.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all deliverables.
• Oversee design systems, visual guidelines, and creative frameworks.
• Review and approve final assets before client delivery.

Strategic \& Client Collaboration

• Collaborate with strategy, media planning, and account teams to align creative output with performance goals.
• Present creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Adapt creative solutions based on data insights and media performance.

Quality Control \& Innovation

• Maintain high standards of craft, design excellence, and innovation.
• Stay ahead of design, digital, and media trends.
• Introduce new tools, formats, and creative approaches to improve output efficiency and impact.

Qualifications \& Experience

• 7\+ years of experience in a creative role within a media agency, advertising agency, or integrated marketing environment.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital, social, video, print, branding, and campaign work.
• Deep understanding of media-driven creative (performance creatives, platform-specific formats, data-informed design).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong knowledge of motion/video tools.
• Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
