Role Overview

Reem Hospital is seeking a

qualified and experienced General Practitioner

to join our

Urgent Care Department

. This role is ideal for a motivated physician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering timely, high-quality care to patients with acute and non-life-threatening conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients presenting to the Urgent Care Department
• Manage acute and non-life-threatening medical conditions efficiently and safely
• Perform minor procedures as required within the scope of practice
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
• Collaborate closely with consultants, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals
• Adhere to hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and patient safety standards
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance activities

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution
• Valid DOH (Abu Dhabi) license

or eligibility to obtain one

• Minimum

2–3 years of post-qualification clinical experience

(Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care experience preferred)

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Arabic speaking in mandatory
