An established real estate firm in Southern California is looking for a driven and resourceful professional to support expansion by attracting and onboarding top-performing sales agents. This position focuses on building relationships, identifying talent, and guiding candidates through a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.

Requirements:

Requirements:
- Background in recruiting, talent sourcing, or sales-related roles (1–2 years preferred)
- Prior experience in a sales environment (2\+ years beneficial)
- Active Real Estate license (any U.S. state)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to stay organized while handling multiple priorities
- Familiarity with CRM tools, applicant tracking systems, or similar platforms
- Professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information
Responsibilities:
- Source and connect with potential real estate agents through various channels (online platforms, referrals, networking)
- Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations with prospective candidates
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Keep candidate information organized and up to date within internal systems
- Work alongside leadership to identify hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Support initiatives that enhance the company’s presence and attractiveness to talent
- Engage with candidates through digital platforms, including social media outreach
- Assist with offer discussions and guide candidates through acceptance steps
- Help facilitate onboarding by coordinating with internal teams
- Prepare necessary documentation and ensure readiness for new team members
- Contribute ideas to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience
Experience:
- Experience in recruiting, sales, or real estate-related roles preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
