Director, Product Management - Data Integration Platform

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Product Management - Data Integration Platform to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $143,000 – $190,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the ERP integration platform strategy for the company solutions
• Collaborate with Technology and Product teams to align the ERP strategy with business goals
• Establish a long-term roadmap for effective ERP integrations within customer workflows
• Enhance customer experiences across various ERP integration models
• Seek opportunities for seamless integration to boost adoption and retention
• Incorporate AI and emerging trends into the platform strategy roadmap
• Execute strategies to drive growth and adoption of ERP integrations

Qualifications

• 8\+ years of Product Management experience, with 3\+ in people management, preferably international
• Expertise in ERP systems and integration workflows (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs and enterprise integration patterns
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute cross-product platform strategies
• Experience influencing external partners within technology ecosystems
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional team alignments across various departments
