Senior Executive, Internal Audit (Compliance)

We are partnering with a well-established regional organization seeking a

Legal \& Compliance Executive

to support internal governance, process reviews, and regional compliance initiatives.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in

internal audit, internal controls, or business process reviews

who are looking to broaden their exposure across compliance and regional operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct process audits, reviews, and investigations across business functions
• Facilitate corrective action plans and follow up to ensure resolution and process improvement
• Collaborate with Internal Audit, Finance, and business teams to strengthen internal controls
• Track and document non-compliance matters until closure
• Support regional governance and process standardisation initiatives
• Assist in reviewing compliance policies, legal documents, and regulatory developments
• Conduct training and awareness sessions to promote compliance best practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Business, or related discipline
• Experience in internal audit, internal controls, risk, or business process review
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Team player with willingness to learn and grow within governance \& compliance
