Job Description
We are seeking a
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to join our interventional pain management team at multiple outpatient locations.
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies
- Document patient care accurately in medical records
- Collaborate with team members and refer patients to specialists as needed
- Deliver care according to accepted standards
Requirements:
Current applicable state license, national certification, DEA license or ability to obtain, and BLS certification.

Compensation:
