Nature and Scope of Job
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead is responsible for developing and executing change strategies that enable the successful adoption of technology-driven and business transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with IT, business leaders, and project teams to ensure readiness, minimize disruption, and drive long-term value realization.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute OCM strategies for technology and business transformation initiatives.
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and organizational readiness evaluations.
- Create and deliver communication plans tailored to diverse user groups and leadership levels.
- Develop learning strategies, training materials, and enablement plans to support user readiness.
- Monitor adoption and readiness metrics, identifying and mitigating areas of resistance.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, including change champion networks and leadership alignment sessions.
- Drive integration of change management activities into project plans and governance processes.
- Partner with IT and business teams to ensure smooth transitions and sustained value realization.

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of OCM experience supporting enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of OCM methodologies (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, PMI).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
- Experience with analytics, workflow redesign, and user experience principles is preferred.
Education \& Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 75\.00 - 90\.00
The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM’s compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget.
Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage.
Both full and part-time employees, who are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to participate in USDM's 401k plan. Full and part-time employees may be eligible for paid time off.
