Digital Product Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS or MS degree in Management Information Systems,Business, Engineering or related field,
• 4\+ years experience in e-commerce product management,
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance metrics and large datasets,
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or teams,
• Excellent English both verbal and written communication skills,
• Product Owner/Manager experience working in Lean Agile, Scrum , Kanban,
• Experience in User Acceptance Test,
• Experience in Google Analytics, Jira,
• Experience in maximizing product value with ROI.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Define and maintain the product vision and strategic roadmap,
• Analyze user needs through user research, data analysis, and feedback ,
• Collaborate closely with business, design, and engineering teams to manage end-to-end product development processes,
• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and prioritize the product backlog,
• Lead sprint planning, execution, and tracking within Agile/Scrum frameworks,
• Monitor product performance using defined KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives,
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy,
• Design and run A/B tests, enabling data-driven decision-making,
• Plan, coordinate, and execute product processes,
• Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication.
