You will take end-to-end ownership of the hiring engine for commercial roles, partnering directly with the CCO to recruit top 1% talent. What You Will Do

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for GTM roles, from initial mapping and high-touch sourcing to final offer closing.
  • Partner directly with the Chief Commercial Officer and senior leaders to define success profiles and build a world-class hiring playbook.
  • Elevate the recruitment bar by coaching interviewers, refining scorecards, and driving employer branding initiatives to attract elite talent.

The ideal candidate

  • 5\+ years of experience in high-growth startups or elite agencies, with a proven track record of placing high-bar commercial roles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, capable of navigating ambiguity and leveraging AI to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Exceptional communicator and persuasive writer who can craft high-converting outreach and engage passive, top-tier talent in the NYC ecosystem.
