Social Media Manager (AI-Forward)

Full Time

Onsite only: HQ - Aventura, FL,US

Cardone Capital is seeking a Social Media Manager with a strong foundation in content creation, strategy, and storytelling, along with an understanding of AI tools and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt. This role is ideal for a proactive, creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital environment.

The right candidate is both strategic and hands-on—capable of managing high-level social media direction while also executing content. They are curious about emerging technologies, especially AI, and excited to leverage them to improve efficiency, creativity, and performance.

*Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing social media content they have worked on, including but not limited to photos, videos, captions/copy, graphics, and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for a public figure across platforms including Twitter (X), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, scheduling, analytics, and overall social media performance
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms
  • Write compelling and engaging copy for social media, including short-form captions and long-form content
  • Monitor platforms, engage with the audience, and build a strong online community through thoughtful interaction
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging AI technologies
  • Create and oversee content production (video, photo, graphics) independently and in collaboration with the creative team
  • Analyze performance metrics and assist in reporting insights to optimize strategy
  • Manage creative tasks in project management software such as Sprout
  • Assist in community management and provide high-quality audience engagement and customer service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or relevant experience
  • 2\+ years of experience in social media management
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.) and a strong willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
  • Experience with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, HubSpot, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Basic design and content creation skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong time-management abilities
  • Understanding of SEO and digital content optimization
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail and execution
  • Photography and videography skills are a plus
  • Customer service and sales-oriented mindset
