Manager, MRO \& Projects Procurement.

Oversees the procurement of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies and services, as well as managing capital expenditure (CAPEX) and project-related procurement activities. This role involves strategic planning, supplier relationship management, and cost optimization to ensure efficient and cost-effective procurement across various areas like maintenance, operations, and capital projects.

What are their Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:

Developing and implementing procurement strategies for MRO and projects, aligning with the company's overall objectives.

• Supplier Management:

Identifying, evaluating, and managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and fostering strong supplier relationships.

• Cost Optimization:

Analyzing market trends, negotiating prices, and identifying cost-saving opportunities in both MRO and CAPEX procurement.

• Project Procurement:

Managing procurement activities for capital projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets.

• Inventory Management:

Maintaining optimal inventory levels for MRO materials, preventing production delays and minimizing storage costs.

• Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies related to procurement.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing procurement data, and providing reports to stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

• Supervising procurement staff, providing training and development opportunities, and ensuring effective team performance.

What are the Qualifications:

• Required with engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, structural) background.
• experienced in MRO \& Projects Procurement in Manufacturing company
