As Canva’s
Marketing Specialist
in Indonesia, you will be the execution powerhouse supporting the Country Marketing Lead across campaigns, partnerships, and events. You will play a critical role in bringing marketing strategies to life on the ground, ensuring seamless coordination, strong local execution, and high-quality delivery across initiatives.
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning plans into action. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and excited to build integrated marketing campaigns that drive real business impact. You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams, external agencies, and partners to support campaign rollouts, partnership activations, and flagship events in Indonesia.
At The Moment, This Role Is Focused On
Campaign Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and activations, ensuring they are delivered on time and at high quality.
- Localise global and regional campaigns and assets for the Indonesian market, maintaining brand consistency throughout.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (legal, procurement, finance, global) to bring campaigns to life seamlessly.
Partnership \& Event Activation
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth rollout of joint campaigns and activations.
- Support co-branded marketing deliverables and partnership implementations from brief to delivery.
- Plan and execute on-ground and virtual events, including logistics, materials, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up.
Data, Reporting \& Operations
- Set campaign KPIs, track performance data, and translate insights into clear recommendations that improve future execution.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets, flagging risks early and keeping spend on track.
- Prepare concise briefs, decks, and stakeholder updates that keep teams aligned and decisions moving.
- Proactively identify operational gaps and problem-solve to keep initiatives on track.
What We're Looking For
- You have 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand, or partnerships, ideally with exposure across more than one of these disciplines.
- You have strong execution skills — you can manage multiple projects at once, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure.
- You have experience working with external agencies, vendors, or partners to deliver integrated campaigns.
- You have a data-driven mindset and are comfortable setting KPIs, analysing campaign performance, and using data to inform decisions and optimise execution.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and can write clear briefs and stakeholder updates.
- You’re comfortable navigating cross-functional environments, including legal, finance, procurement, and global teams.
- You’re proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented — you spot problems early and find ways to solve them.
- You have a genuine passion for brand building and are excited about helping Indonesian businesses and creators grow with Canva.
