We’re currently seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence in long-term and rehabilitative care.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents’ medical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
• Monitor and Assess: Observe residents’ conditions, communicate changes, and document findings accurately.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments safely and in compliance with physician orders and facility protocols.
• Resident Advocacy: Promote a resident-centered approach that prioritizes comfort, dignity, and respect.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and state and federal regulations.
• Support and Supervision: Guide and assist CNA staff while promoting a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Florida
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• A compassionate and team-driven mindset
